Reissue of an old Cassette only release, this special "London Edition" version released for the launch at Iklectik (London) on 15.11.2019 includes the Hospital of the Soul #1 CD and comes in a 10" sleeve with full colour inserts packed in a gauze dressing with a clear cellophane wrapper and stickers, also includes a textual intervention/response by Mors Mea, plus a limited edition compilation CDr "Irrigation of the bladder" of rare and unreleased archival recordings of the Diastolic Murmurs specially selected by Richard Crow, the "London Edition" is limited to 45 numbered copies. The bonus CDr plays as one complete track.
